Ariel Chan has been awarded an IDEAL Provostial Fellowship for Studies in Race and Ethnicity at Stanford University. Ariel, currently a Ph.D. candidate in East Asian linguistics, will begin the position there, affiliated with the Department of Linguistics, in September 2023.
